Refund Policy

At Coffeeholic, We strive to provide our guests with high service standards, delicious drinks and quality goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our team about a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email CoffeeholicCoquitlam@gmail.com. We will do our best to make things right.

Conditions

Please note that the merchandise needs to be unused, with tag, in original packaging and in the same condition as it was purchased. Shipping charge is not refundable.

Non-returnable Items

Perishable goods such as food, drinks and flowers can not be returned. Custom products such as special orders and personalized items are also non-returnable. Gift card can not be returned.

Refund

If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Upon approval, you will receive a notification from us. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our accounting team to process your refund upon approval.
